I write Songs in a wide bandwidth of genres: from stripped down folk to epic orchestral metal. And I don't do it alone. I have found collaborators and friends on kompoz.com, an online platform for crowd-sourcing music creation.
The inspiration for the Tales series was on one hand an incredible photo from Suzy Hazelwood, which was used as the basis for the cover. On the other hand the idea to do something in the style of Opeth's album Damnation. Tales is a series: there is a thematic framework, but the songs are released one after the other, a few months apart. It is also deliberately kept open, there can always be new Tales and maybe eventually they are summarized as a collection.
